Analytical Skills

Assertiveness
Is not easily intimidated, will put forward their point of view based on strong ethical and professional standards. Have you ever been in a situation, at work, when you felt you had to question the ethics of pursuing a certain course of action. What happened in the end?
Awareness to Detail
You attach great importance to detail. Your procedures allow for double checks in the evaluation of patients with physical examinations and by conducting diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity and for levels of acidity and alkalinity of the blood. To what extent in the past have you built quality checks into diagnostic tests? Can you give me a few examples? Why are they important?
You check your work again and again to be sure of a correct diagnosis and correct treatment; You also perform regular checks on patients and equipment. Is detail important to you? Maybe you leave the details to your healthcare assistants!
Communication skills
