Have you ever faced a situation when you had to take a longer way of doing something in order to adhere to proper professional standards? Tell me more about it?

Explain the system of maintaining compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards in your position as a chiropractor

Give me an example of when you were very focused to what a patient was saying to you.

What steps do you take to reduce a patients’ anxiety and to establish a rapport with them?

When are listening especially important in your job as an chiropractor ? When is listening difficult? Give me some recent examples?

Tell me about a time you received a case history, compiled by a colleague but which you were not happy with? How did you explain to them, the importance of maintaining accurate case histories?

When was the last time you received some very harsh criticism from a superior? How did you take it? What actions did you take afterwards?

Tell me about the last time you were given extra responsibilities? How did you feel? What changes did you have to make to your work routine?

Describe your level of experience with the software used in your job as an chiropractor? What resources do you use when faced with a computer related problem.

Tell me about an experience which showed you have strong manual dexterity skills.

Have you ever had a time when you arm-hand steadiness was not perfect. If so, tell us about it.

Give me an example of when you had to present complex information in a simplified manner.

Tell me about a colleague you know  who has inspired you . What did you learn from him/her? How have you been able to incorporate these methods into your own work?

How would you manage a situation where you consider something is not in compliance with professional ethics? Have you ever faced such situation? If so, tell me more about it.

Tell me about a situation or situations that might demonstrate your confidence to do this job?

Describe a major obstacle you have overcome to reach your present position.

Tell me about a time  when you sensed that a patient was feeling annoyed or upset. What did you do to address the issue?

Tell me about a time when a senior colleague criticized you strongly. Afterwards, what kind of relationship did you develop with this person?

Tell me about the last seminar you attended? How did you apply this new knowledge towards your  work?

In which specific areas of your subject are you really interested in expanding your knowledge of? How do you intend to achieve this?

Tell me about the last time you updated your skills on your own initiative? What plans have you in the near future to undertake extra technical training?
